In 1997, brothers Eric & Norman Sugrue opened the doors to the Big Fish Grill and began sharing their vision and creating the Big Fish culture, the foundation of our success. Our team shares a love of great food and gives genuine, warm, and welcoming hospitality to all our guests. We work together and strive each and every day to continually exceed our guests’ expectations. We take care of the people who take care of us and support our communities. Creating the Big Fish culture and always putting people first laid the foundation for our success by winning over the hearts of our guests and creating a devoted, loyal following.
It truly has been an amazing journey from a 90 seat restaurant to where we are today. Sometimes the ride was a little bumpy and there have been many ups and downs and lessons learned along the way. We have now taken the great Big Fish experience on the road and have embraced different concepts while continuing to share our love of great food and providing outstanding service to all our guests.
