Annual Rehoboth Art League Cottage Tour
The Rehoboth Art League is pleased to continue its Cottage Tour, now in its 76th year!
This year’s event will be held from 10am to 3pm on Tuesday, July 7 and Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
The Cottage Tour Committee, a group of dedicated volunteers, has worked hard to vet and secure another very special selection of local homes that showcase the best of the area’s art and design. The homes on this year’s tour offer a variety of landscapes, interior and architectural designs ranging from historically significant to contemporary and sleek. Some homes have quite an evolving history, and many homeowners showcase memories, artwork, and collections in creative ways.
Homes on the 76th Annual Cottage Tour
The Cottage Tour is self-paced, and transportation on the Jolly Trolley to each location is provided by the Art League. The Tour’s ticket is a program booklet that features original artwork of each home and includes addresses, home descriptions, and driving instructions. Check back as we announce specific homes on the 2026 tour.

Ticket Sales
Your ticket for the tour is a commemorative program booklet, which are available for purchase!
- Ticket booklets are $40 per person.
- Patrons must be 13 years of age or older, with no exceptions for infants or toddlers.
- TICKET BOOKLETS PURCHASED IN ADVANCE AND ONLINE MUST BE PICKED UP IN PERSON AT THE CORKRAN GALLERY on the Art League campus before or on tour dates. You will be notified when ticket booklets are available.
- Patrons must be 13 years of age or older, with no exceptions for infants or toddlers.
- Beginning on June 30th ticket booklets will be available for purchase at these select local merchants by cash or check only: Bellmoor Inn, Browseabout Books, Carolina Street, Community Bank Lewes, Design Center of Rehoboth (DCOR), Floral Inspirations, Gallery 50, J. Conn Scott Interiors, Lewes Gourmet, Sea Needles, Wharton’s Garden Center, and Windsor’s Flowers.
- A limited number of ticket booklets will be available for purchase by cash or check only at each home on tour dates.
- Your ticket booklet is good for a single entry to each of the eight homes during the two days of the tour.
- Homes are not ADA compliant as the tour features private residences.
Transportation
This year parking is very limited at several of the house locations. Free parking will be available at Rehoboth Elementary School, 500 Stockley Street Ext. From this location, the Rehoboth Art League is providing Jolly Trolley transportation for participants. Shuttle service, which will run continuous loops to all houses on the tour, will begin running at 9:45 AM and continue until the tour’s end (3pm) each day. Check the Jolly Trolley website on Tour days to track the route of each trolley in live time.
