Boat Drinks Bacchanal

12 to 5 p.m., Northbeach in Dewey Beach. The Delaware Seashore Parrot Head Club will hold its 25th Boat Drinks Bacchanal to benefit Pathways to Success, which prepares individuals for successful lives through mentoring and education.
