Try these hot twists on seasonal cocktails to make your vacation sparkle and quench the thirst for adventure.

Ingredients:

2 oz tequila blanco

1 oz lime juice

1 oz mango puree

0.75 oz triple sec or Cointreau

1-2 slices jalapeño (adjust to taste)

Tajín + lime wheel for garnish

Instructions: Muddle jalapeño slices in a shaker. Add tequila, lime juice, mango puree, and triple sec with ice. Shake well and strain into a Tajín-rimmed glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients:

2 oz gin (try one with citrus or coastal botanicals)

0.75 oz lemon juice

0.75 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and warm water)

0.25 oz coconut water (optional, for a beachy twist)

Lemon wheel or lavender sprig garnish

Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe or serve over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish accordingly.

Twist: Coconut water adds beachy depth while keeping the drink light and refreshing.

Rose Aperol Spritz

Ingredients:

2 oz Aperol

2 oz dry rosé wine (chilled)

East Coast Espresso Martini

A bold, beachy twist on the classic pick-me-up.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz vodka 

1 oz cold brew concentrate

0.5 oz coffee liqueur

0.25 oz maple syrup 

3 coffee beans + a pinch of sea salt for garnish

Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice until frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with coffee beans and a tiny pinch of sea salt to bring out the coastal vibe.

Twist: Swap simple syrup for maple syrup and use cold brew instead of espresso to make it more summer-friendly.
