Mark Your Calendar for these August Events in the Delaware Beaches

The month is full of fun and exciting events in the Delaware Beaches, from Lewes, Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach to Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island. Whether you’re searching for family-friendly events, food and drink events, live music or free festivals, you’ll have plenty of options to choose from. Here are our top five events happening during August.
Aug 1: Peach Festival
Spend the day in Berlin at the Annual Berlin Peach Festival. This event, a favorite among locals, is dedicated to everything peach. Take part in or watch a pie-eating and baking competition. Or, browse the vendors, play games, enjoy live music and much more at the Calvin B. Taylor House Museum. From 10am to 3pm enjoy a variety of peachy fun from the downtown Berlin businesses.
Aug 1-2, 8-9: Annual Outdoor Fine Art & Craft Show
The Rehoboth Art League’s signature summer event, the Outdoor Show, returns to our historic Henlopen Acres campus. More than 100 artists and artisans from around the country will display and sell their fine art and fine crafts amidst the Rehoboth Art League’s 3.5+ acre wooded campus, just blocks from the busy downtown Rehoboth Avenue in coastal Delaware. The annual Outdoor Show is a juried event yielding exceptional work, and many of the artists actively enjoy demonstrating their creativity during each day of the show. Saturdays 10am-5pm, Sundays 10am-4pm
Aug 22: Berlin Chili Pepper Festival
