The month of May is full of fun and exciting events in the Delaware Beaches, from Lewes, Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach to Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island. Whether you’re searching for family-friendly events, food and drink events, live music or free festivals, you’ll have plenty of options to choose from. Here are our top five events happening in Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach and Lewes during May.
May 3: Berlin Jazz, Blues, Wine & Brews
The fan favorite event returns with wine, beer, art and the very best eats Berlin has to offer! Enjoy local Beer, Wine, Mead and Spirits or dive right in to our Wine Tasting sip while perusing local art on the street or in any of our amazing shops. Free to attend & Free Parking. No outside coolers allowed. Pets must be leashed.
May 17: Rehoboth Beach Arts Festival
The Rehoboth Art League and the City of Rehoboth Beach have partnered again to present the City’s arts festival on Saturday, May 17, from 10am-5pm, in the downtown’s picturesque Grove Park, where artists will showcase and sell their work.
May 17: Berlin Spring Cruisers Classic Car Show
Every Spring and Fall you can hear the sounds of roaring classics as they cruise into downtown Berlin.
No charge for spectators.
May 23-25: Poseidon Festival
Bethany Beaches, Poseidon Festival is bigger and better than ever! Come out to downtown Bethany Beach on May 23-25, 2025. Live sand sculpting, pirates and mermaids, island music, bubble magic, luau, Marina Science Camp and emergency meet and greet.
