The month of September is full of fun and exciting events in the Delaware Beaches, from Lewes, Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach to Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island. Whether you’re searching for family-friendly events, food and drink events, live music or free festivals, you’ll have plenty of options to choose from. Here are our top events happening in Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach and Lewes.
Oct. 11: Berlin Fall Cruisers Classic Car Show
Every Spring and Fall you can hear the sounds of roaring classics as they cruise into downtown Berlin at the Berlin Fall Cruisers Classic Car Show. With music in the streets, boutiques, antiques, a wine bar, a brewery, galleries and vintage stores to browse and lots of delicious artisan and locally crafted food at 9 amazing restaurants, this is the place to stroll around while enjoying hundreds of 50’s, 60’s and 70’s classic cars of all types. No charge for spectators. Come stroll the closed off streets of Berlin from 10am – 2pm!

Oct. 16-19: Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival
The Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival is the annual, 4-day fall music event held in muliple locations in lower Sussex County, DE. Bringing great music to the area since 1990, we’ve had the greatest Artists of Smooth Jazz and R&B grace our stages: from Al Jarreau to Peabo Bryson to Queen Latifah, from Ramsey Lewis to Peter White to Dave Koz: from Four Play to Booker T & the MGs to Blood, Sweat & Tears.

Oct. 24-26: Sea Witch® Festival
The annual Sea Witch® Festival is Rehoboth Beach’s free family-friendly Halloween celebration. Dress up and enjoy the parades, live entertainment, contests and more in downtown Rehoboth Beach. The Sea Witch Festival is Friday through Sunday, Oct. 25-27, 20243.
